1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and stv99 ("stv99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the stv99 platform available at https://stv99.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand and agree to their content.

1.2 Jurisdiction

stv99 operates as an online gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. By using the Platform, you confirm that it is legal for you to engage in online gaming activities based on the laws applicable to your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. stv99 accepts no responsibility for any illegal use of the Platform by individuals in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to create and maintain an account on stv99:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the stv99 Platform or any other gambling platform operated by our group.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of stv99 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not knowingly using funds derived from any illegal activity for the purpose of depositing on the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

stv99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a national identification card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or any other government-issued document. Accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending satisfactory completion of age verification.

If stv99 determines at any point that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or use, the account will be closed immediately. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited. Any deposits made by an underage player may be refunded to the original payment source at stv99's discretion, after deduction of any bonuses claimed or wagering activity undertaken.

2.2 One Account per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the stv99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details or different ones — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. stv99 employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any outstanding withdrawals held pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of stv99 services including live casino games, cricket betting, slot games, and financial transactions, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep all registration information up to date throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. stv99 will never ask you for your password via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

stv99 may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or documentation relating to your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

stv99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your stv99 wallet instantly.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) are credited within 1–3 minutes of processing.
• stv99 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own fees, which are outside stv99's control.
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed on detection.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a security and anti-money laundering measure.
• Players must satisfy any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
• stv99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the stv99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). stv99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency deposits. Any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

stv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments featuring the Bangladesh Tigers.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and game contribution rates, which are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a financial instrument, loan, or entitlement.
• stv99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that this does not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by a player.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered through eligible games before the resulting balance becomes available for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each individual promotion page. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — refer to each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

stv99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to extract bonus funds, and any other behaviour deemed by stv99 to be an exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, stv99 may void the bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from it, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the stv99 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment details.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the stv99 Platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated technology to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Money laundering: Using stv99 as a vehicle to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. stv99 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to stv99 while simultaneously retaining the benefit of that deposit. Any confirmed chargeback will result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the betting system to gain an advantage not intended by the game mechanics.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language toward stv99 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your stv99 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Before processing a closure request, stv99 will confirm your identity and ensure any outstanding balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided no compliance holds are in place.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by stv99

stv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if stv99 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Your account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against stv99.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the account to be closed or frozen.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.

7.3 Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and there is no outstanding compliance investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, stv99 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation, and may forfeit funds where the breach involved fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are non-withdrawable and will be voided upon account closure.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the stv99 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion via their Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked from accessing any games, betting markets, or deposit functions. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if stv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

stv99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, stv99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, third-party provider disruptions, or events beyond stv99's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by independent, internationally recognised game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Spribe. stv99 does not control individual game outcomes. By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk, that losses can and do occur, and that past outcomes do not influence future results.

8.3 Sports Betting

stv99 provides sports betting markets as a service. Odds, markets, and outcomes are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket; FIFA for football). stv99 reserves the right to void bets where a clear and verifiable error has been made in the odds display, where match fixing is confirmed by a governing body, or where settlement data provided by official sources is incorrect. Settlement disputes must be raised within 7 days of the event outcome.

8.4 Third-Party Services

stv99 integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game studios, and data providers. stv99 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by these third-party providers. Any dispute relating to a mobile wallet transaction should first be raised with stv99 support, and if the issue lies with the payment provider directly, stv99 will assist in escalating the matter to the relevant party.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through stv99's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
